Brampton Transit has confirmed that one of its operators, who recently tested positive for COVID-19, has died.
Flags have been lowered in Brampton in memory of a transit driver who died after they contracted COVID-19.
In a statement posted to Twitter, Brampton Transit confirmed the operator, who died Friday morning March 26, had worked for the city for more than 18 years.
