Brampton City Hall will be closed on Monday, October 9 for Thanksgiving. A number of City services will be unavailable or will operate under reduced service levels. Residents will not be able to apply for marriage licences, pay parking fines or apply for permits in person during this time. For online options please visit www.brampton.ca.

Brampton Transit Service
Brampton Transit schedule for the Thanksgiving weekend will be:
• Friday, October 6: Regular Weekday Service
• Saturday, October 7: Regular Saturday Service
• Sunday, October 8: Sunday/Holiday Service
• Monday, October 9: Sunday/Holiday Service

Transit Stores will be closed on October 9.

Recreation Facilities
Most recreation facilities are open over the Thanksgiving weekend. Please phone your local recreation centre, call 311 or visit www.brampton.ca to confirm the program schedule.

The City’s Recreation Administration Office will be closed on October 9.

Fireworks Safety
There are no City of Brampton-hosted fireworks on Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is not one of the four days during the year when personal, short-range fireworks are allowed in the City of Brampton.

Brampton Library
