Region of Peel – Investigators from the Peel Regional Police 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in an Attempt Murder investigation in the City of Brampton.

On Thursday, October 26, 2017, at approximately 4:30 a.m. Peel Regional Police responded to a male who had been shot. Two males became involved in an altercation which initiated in the plaza parking lot at Queen Street East and West Drive which then led to a shooting at the intersection of Clarke Boulevard at Highway 410, in the City of Brampton.

The victim a 55 year-old male from Brampton sustained non-life-threatening injuries, and was taken to a local trauma centre.

Investigators from 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have identified the person responsible for the shooting. A warrant of arrest for Attempt Murder has been issued for Tivon GOULDBOURNE, a 26 year-old male from Brampton. Tivon GOULDBOURNE is described as male, black. 6’3” feet tall, slim build, moustache and goatee and was last seen wearing a white track suit.

Tivon GOULDBOURNE may possibly be operating a 2014 Nissan Sentra 4 door black, bearing Ontario marker *CBWF057* with damage to the rear driver side tail light.

Investigators believe that Tivon GOULDBOURNE is actively evading arrest and is possibly in possession of a firearm.  If seen, please do not approach and call police immediately.
