Brampton City Hall will be closed on Monday, September 4 for Labour Day. A number of City services will be unavailable or will operate under reduced service levels. Residents will not be able to apply for marriage licenses, pay parking fines or apply for building permits in person during this time. For online options please visit www.brampton.ca

Brampton Transit Service
Brampton Transit schedule for the Labour Day weekend will be:
• Friday, September 1: Regular Weekday Service
• Saturday, September 2: Regular Saturday Service
• Sunday, September 3: Regular Sunday Service
• Monday, September 4: Sunday/Holiday Service

Transit Stores will be closed on September 4.

Parks and Recreation
Recreation facilities are open over Labour Day weekend. Please call the recreation centre directly, call 311 or visit www.brampton.ca to confirm the program schedule and hours of operation. Please note that Labour Day is the final weekend to enjoy spray pads, wading pools, and swimming at Professor’s Lake and Eldorado Pool.

The City’s Recreation Administration Office will be closed on September 4.

Fireworks Safety
There are no City of Brampton-hosted fireworks on Labour Day.

Labour Day is not one of the four days during the year when personal fireworks are allowed in the City of Brampton. For more information, call 311 or visit www.brampton.ca/bylaws
