A 22-year-old Brampton woman has been charged with assault causing bodily harm after another woman was stabbed in a Brampton apartment building lobby Wednesday (May 30).
Peel Regional Police said they are not releasing the name of the accused because the attack was domestic-related.
The 26-year-old victim was stabbed in the lobby of an apartment building on McLaughlin Road, near Ray Lawson Boulevard. It happened just after 2:30 p.m., according to Peel Regional Paramedics. Her injuries were not considered life-threatening, but she was rushed to a Toronto trauma centre with serious injuries.
