Investigators from the 12 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance as they investigate a shooting in Mississauga.

On Monday, August 28, 2017, at approximately 7:05 p.m., the 20 year-old male victim from Mississauga, attended a gas station in the area of Bloor Street near Fieldgate Drive in the City of Mississauga, and requested that an employee call an ambulance.  He was transported to hospital suffering from non- life-threatening gunshot wounds to his leg and hand.

Investigation revealed that the man had been shot in a parking lot at the rear of a residential apartment building in the area of Fieldgate Drive and Bloor Street in Mississauga.  Following the shooting, a group of 4 – 5 male suspects were seen leaving the area in a grey Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV).

Investigators are appealing for witnesses to the incident, video surveillance, dashboard video, or anyone who may have information regarding the incident.
